Think Again: The Power of Knowing What You Don't Know by Adam M. Grant
informative
reflective
medium-paced

This book challenged me to look inward and question beliefs and ideas. It showed me that most ideas/beliefs are pretty shallow, especially if you haven’t done any research. During the first couple of chapters, I thought well, what if I don’t care to do the research? Then he got into “idea cults” and I quickly changed my mind.
Easy to read, and he made complex ideas easy to understand (until further research).
He also threw in some curveballs that had me dumbstruck.
