I adored everything about this story. I mean, I think this was one of the best versions of a grumpy/sunshine trope I’ve read in a long time. I was cracking up throughout the entire thing, and I fell in love with the characters so much that I even teared up a little at the ending which with this particular novel I didn’t expect. As grumpy as Leo tried to be lol, he was truly such a sweetheart, and I think that was really refreshing. And Ivy Lane, how I love that girl. She is easily one of my favorite fmcs of the year. She was so down to earth, I’m obsessed with her. The side characters didn’t take away from the book at all, I enjoyed Leo’s family so much. Overall this was SUCH a great book. It was funny, heartwarming, had no overzealous drama that affected the relationship, was not too long or too short, characters were developed enough to be satisfying, and daddy kink! I really couldn’t ask for more.
