Simone Visits the Museum is about a young girl, Simone, spending the day at the Smithsoniam Museum of African American Culture with her mom.
I loved the illustrations (except for the sometimes overlarge gaps between Simone’s braids). The story however wasn’t anything special, and the dialogue was kind of stilted and unrealistic.
