I didn't think I would love Ford the way that I do, but whatever Ava Hunter has injected into her writing, I am here for it. I also didn't think I would love Reese, but girl owns my heart like she owns Fords.
This book was an emotional journey that I didn't know I was getting into but I loved every minute of it. Ford and Reese are heartbreakingly beautiful. Their interactions were just so so good. Reese's growth as a character was so great to read. And that Ford was there being the perfect support was surprising and so damn fucking perfect. These two work through their problems and also acknowledge that they aren't perfect but will continue to love each other in spite of that. Also, Ford is just HOT. Like whew buddy, that man.
This book made me laugh and made me cry. I felt all the feels for Reese and Ford. I didn't think I would love a couple more than Dakota and Davis (until of course Wyatt and Fallon come along) but this was a lovely surprise.
And now I'm just foaming at the mouth for Wyatt and Fallon. This girl highlighted every interaction these two had in this book because I need them like I need air. Wyatt FALLING from his horse and Fallon MISSED it?!? Devastating. Her showing up at the hospital. Heartbreaking. Fallon LEAVING and watching Wyatt just storm away??? Absolutely wreaked me. This couple will break me and I need them. Can't wait.
