Science in Ancient China: Researches and Reflections by Nathan Sivin

5.0

A selection of Nathan Sivin's papers from 1966 to 1991 that you might get lucky enough to trip over in a used book store and bring home to read years later when you trip over it again.

If you weren't so lucky you could still feel that way by simply going to his UPenn homepage and reading them in their final updated form, before the great humanist passed away earlier this year. "Copernicus in China" is a good place to start for those who enjoy a comedy of errors.
