Judd was such an interesting male character because in this situation, he’s the Psy and unfeeling one. So the conditioning that had to be broken was from his point of view, which led to a lot of inner struggle that was different from Sascha and Faith.

Brenna brought such warmth to the book even though she was struggling with the trauma she endured. But I love that she knew Judd was the one for her and she never backed away from the challenge of being with him.

Also I was not expecting to get such smut from these too 😂 it wasn’t much in comparison to other books I’ve read, but a lot from this author. It was nice to see Judd and Brenna have their happiness and safety with each other.
