First let me just say that I do vote heavily democratic. However, that’s not why I elected to read Michelle Obama’s book. I read it simply because I love biographies and memoirs. I loved how she told her story chronologically. From growing up in Chicago with stories of her young childhood and into adolescence and then on into college as she became an adult. The story then continues as she graduates becomes a lawyer, meets Barack, raises a family and continues to do so while in the White House. I said I do vote heavily democratic and so I’m liberal I will admit. I’m sure that there will be some conservatives who would disagree with me but I really did not detect a hidden political agenda being pushed onto the reader. She is simply doing in this book describing the title of the book, that is describing how she became the person she became as an adult. From childhood experiences and on into adulthood. A job well done, Michelle!! Thanks for putting this out.
