Lots of common sense thoughts, some weird ideas (read the bible or book of mormon or similar each morning, for inspiration?), some ill-informed references (so called Mother Theresa, one should read some Hitchens on this subject).

It seems that you can call anything you like "essentialism". Anything you dont like so much is "non-essentialism".

There are also some Harry Potter quotes which usually indicates bs.

Some interesting although quite random references to greek words. There's even a reference to Aristhoteles. How deep.

Chapter 2 talks about learned helplessness and casually describes how dogs were tortured with electric shocks.. So the usual dose of human cruelty and stupidity is included as well.

Enjoy!
