I struggled to get through some parts of this book, whether it was because I knew it was a long 9 book series, I dont know. But I pushed through as I wanted to find out what would happen with Malin and Kases' characters.
A lot more story arcs from main and side characters progressed in this book, and enjoyed the continuation of kase and Malins backstory and future.
The world building is still extremely good in this Broken Kingdoms series, it remains immersive, consistent and interesting 6 methodical pacing theough some of the action pieces.
A twisted tale reminicent of Cinderella, a darker and grittier addition to this series of books.
β Dual POV
β Steamy Slow Burn
β Take The Crown
β Shadow Daddy MMC
β Political intrigue
β Strong FMC
β Magic and Adventure
β Childhood Sweethearts
βTouch Her and β οΈ
