Library of Souls
by Ransom Riggs
This book picked up were the last one left off with the phone box scene in the underground. I think my favorite parts of this book was Jacob’s coming into his own powers and being able to harness it, unfortunately as he mentions in the book, it becomes more of a party trick at the end of the story. I really liked the character of Sharon and I wished we could have learnt more about him. Another favorite part of the book was with the grimbears; the little cubs were so cute! Even though everything was mostly wrapped up, I felt there was some lingering holes. Such as what ever happened to Kim, Bentham’s assistant? It’s like they didn’t really make an effort to find him at the end.
Rated: 4.0/5.0—Overall, a nice conclusion to the book series. As with all endings to storylines, it is nice to see things come around full circle.
