The Decision by Piper Scott

This was so good! This series is consistently good and I've enjoyed each book in this series, to varying degrees, but all pretty damn solid.

There is no mpreg in this but this is a world with mpreg so Harlow, one of the MC's has a daughter he had with his late husband (biologically) and Simon, the other MC, has a brother who has a newborn that he carried himself. So, no mpreg in that Simon, the omega, doesn't get pregnant (yet, at least) but this a universe with mpreg.

Anyway, this was a fun an enjoyable read and I adored Harlow and Simon together. It was a tad fast and not at the same time - they knew each other for three years, but only over the phone as Simon worked for Harlow remotely as he's a hacking, tech genius, but then when they meet face to face for the first time, they know each other for a little over a week before they're in love - although Simon was kind of already in love with Harlow (although mostly with a fantasy so I don't know if that counts.)

Simon was sweet and adorable and I adored Harlow as well, and the secondary characters were intriguing as well, with an interesting plot.

I actually wanted more at the end, with these two
Spoilerjust getting together permanently at the end
.

I continue to be annoyed that the SDSG calls each other by their usernames in real life, thinking it and saying it out loud. They know each other's real names now, I don't get why the call each other by their usernames in real life. It's just weird. And also lends a feeling of distance between these guys who are supposed to be best friends now and call each other family. Okay, so why do they call each other xV, Knot, TD, and Harley in person? It's annoying and strange to me.

Other than that, I just which that epilogue had been longer and maybe in the future a little to see these two together for more than like two weeks
Spoilerand also Simon with his nose healed
.

But overall I enjoyed this and can't wait for Jayne's story! Wonder who his LI will be...
