Ok so I am a subscriber of the Daily Wire and I agree with much of his opinions on politics and society. The reason I started reading this was because of the tagline : "How Reason and Moral Purpose Made the West Great". I am Indian but I've always been fascinated by the western culture, the progress they made and their standard of living. So this one was an instant pick.
Now about the book. The book was rather boring. It heavily quotes Judo Christian principles and the Bible. You see I am not a big fan of god, I am more of a science guy. I believe that everything can be explained by pure logic rather than referencing some holy book again and again. I fell asleep multiple times and Ben did not make an effort to make the book interesting. In the end I had to read it simultaneously with a crime thriller just to finish it.
