The Secret Keeper by Kate Morton
4.0
I had the twist figured out just over halfway in so I was impatient to get to the end from that point on. Nonetheless, it's beautifully written and I did enjoy the author's descriptions of wartime London.
My only gripe was that Dorothy Smitham (the secret keeper's mother) was so unlikeable during the Blitz. When you read the book, you'll understand why I've picked on that little detail.
