At first, I was a little unsure about this book. I couldn’t quite find it in myself to feel invested.
However, once the characters started to really develop and flesh out, I found myself feeling more strong connected with them and more involved with the story.
Shireen and Chris really grew on me and I felt really fond towards them both by the end.
Niamh was a whole other story, of course. I didn’t trust her from the start.
Overall, this book was pretty enjoyable and entertaining to read. I hadn’t read anything revolving around a reality television show before, so the plot was quite refreshing for me. And I definitely enjoyed picturing all the desserts that were being baked throughout.
