Why would a Rock Star hang around a diner all hours of the night?

Because he's in love with the waitress that's why.

Nico is so smitten, he eventually hires Kat to film a documentary of his tour and invites her, her child and mother on the tour with them.

This was a really cute Rom/Com, the banter was fun and the flirty demeanor made me smile.

I enjoyed the clips of Nico's songs littered throughout the story, Jason Clarke's voice (for the audio edition) was so lovely listening to those poetic words.

Kat also had her video diaries in the story - those were pretty funny because they never seemed to go right, often filled with swearing and getting cut off abruptly.

Nico is the best book boyfriend - he truly loves this woman, he has the best voice for his dirty talk, and he LOVES her boy! It made me love this character so much. Tate is the sweetest boy and you really feel for him when he visits his 'dad.'

And Grandma.. Oh I love her as much as I love Bon Jovi. Seriously some of the funniest banter came from her! All the supporting characters were hilarious and kept you so involved and invested in this story and these characters.

This was a sweet story of someone who didn't know she could love, letting herself let go and love.
