I finally understand the hype and outrage that surround this book and I have to say that it is 100% earned! Had I not expected the ending to be all kinds of frustrating before going into this, I probably would have thrown my kindle at the wall when I finished it. However, thanks to the heads up I received from the readers that came before me, I literally LOLed in admiration of the genius of that last sentence. Now, I will admit that this was probably one of the most MESSED UP books I’ve ever read (TRIGGER WARNINGS EVERYWHERE), but I also read it in two sittings. So, well played Hoover. Well played. *slow claps*
