 My Review:

Hood River Zero is the last of the "Hood River Hoodlums" series. I was fairly nervous about this book as I am not a fan of Penny at all. I almost was tempted just to skip over it to be honest. But I have OCD when it comes to reading series so I knew that I needed to read this book especially with all the high reviews that there are for this book. Hood River Zero was so much better than I expected. It actually had me hooked and I didn't want to put it down. K. Webster I am convinced can write just about anything because she made this book for me when I went into it expecting to have to DNF it lol

This book had so much depth to it. I wasn't always a fan of some of the terms they called each other though even later in the story. I loved the connected that Trey and Penny have for each other. How they can see each other and see the clues that their own families easily miss. I loved the exploration of disabilities that is focused in this story and the way in which we see how these two bond in their differences. I found it intriguing the plot of the heroine going undercover, and the hero being a single dad and trying to get guardianship over his daughter he didn't know about. My only issue was seeing how Penny deceived Trey in the way that she does. It just was in how she did it, that I felt like she needed to do a good grovel and there wasn't much of one lol

Overall I found this to be a delightful finale and everything got wrapped up in a nice little bow!!! I can't wait to explore more from this author moving forward.
