I don't know how R. Cayden manages to write such detailed and full stories with so few pages but so far, this series has been knocking my socks off. Milo and Joey are such a sweet couple, and everything they go through in this book just proved how suited to each other they were. Milo's gentle kindness is the perfect compliment to Joey's angst and worry. I loved their book reading dates, how Joey really listened to and cared about what Milo rambled about during his tattoos, and just how much they both supported each other.
