Finally - Keller and Will’s story…I’ve been so excited to get my hands on this one - best friend’s dad is always a good time!

Keller Gibson has spent the better part of his life doing everything he can to be the best dad to his son, Molly. He hasn’t really dated or done anything for himself in years but now that Molly moved away, he’s trying to figure out who he is and what he wants again. Keller is big and imposing but really caring and sweet under all the long hair and muscles. He’s been lonely all of these years and is considering dating again, but once Will moves in, things get really interesting.

Will Freeman left his family behind when they didn’t accept him for who he was and created a life for himself in Killborough thanks to his friendship with Molly. He’s sweet, flirty and easily embarrassed, which is a really fun combination. He loves small town life and can see himself settling down here, creating roots and getting the stability he’s always wanted. Will’s been in love with Keller since the first time he went home with Molly and now that they’re living together, he’s struggling to keep his feelings to himself.

The forced proximity in this story really brings Keller and Will together and makes them see each other in new ways - Keller sees Will as a man instead of just Molly’s best friend and Will sees Keller’s struggle to figure out what’s next for him up close and personal. They start out by really forging a friendship of their own that doesn’t rely on Molly and that turns into the relationship they’ve both been looking for. These two had a slow burn but really heated things up when they got to it - Keller’s dirty talking and Will’s innocence really kicked things up. I wish they were more forthcoming with Molly earlier and that that didn’t play such a big role in their relationship for so long, but really enjoyed how easy their connection was once they gave it a real chance.

Always love coming back to the DMC series to see what’s happening with all of the characters and how they’re interfering with each other’s lives this time. Joey and Art’s antics in this one had me cracking up but I loved their dedication to getting Keller and Will to open their eyes and go for it. Can’t wait for more DMC stories!
