Till Death Do Us Part by Aleatha Romig

dark emotional mysterious relaxing sad tense fast-paced

3.75

“I feel like a rebel.” “I’ve been known to be one, too.” Aléjandro ran the pad of his thumb over my lower lip. “It’s why we fit well together.”

I liked this book more than book one in the series. I felt like the characters were more well developed and had some depth compared to the previous book. Mia was such a good soul. I hated how much she suffered, she didn't deserve what happened to her in her previous marriage, so I was glad that Aléjandro was respectful and understanding and didn't pressurise her to do anything she wasn't ready for. I enjoyed seeing their gradual relationship development. Overall, it was an enjoyable read and I wasn't bored in any parts but the plot was very predictable and the ending felt a bit abrupt. So, it was a 3.75 star read at it's best for me.
