Did not finish book. Stopped at 13%.
DNFed on page 55.
This book simply didn’t pull me in as much as I wanted it to. I also read a lot of mixed reviews that shed light on content I wasn’t excited to read about, like graphic animal abuse and LGBT characters.
As always, I am not giving this book a star-rating because I don’t feel like it’s fair to rate a book I didn’t finish.
If you are interested in this book, please review the trigger/content warnings beforehand, as there are many severe ones (from what I’ve seen online).
