How You Do Anything Is How You Do Everything: A Workbook by June Shiver, Cheri Huber

challenging hopeful inspiring reflective slow-paced

5.0

I have recommended this to multiple people because it does a good job of being both gentle and blunt in its prompts to figure out what the reader actually values, what the reader actually wants, and the difference between our assumptions/expectations about ourselves and our true reality. Huber in general does a good job of persistently asking us to evaluate the space between what we're working toward and what we think we're working toward. For people who have a hard time introspecting in a gentle and productive way, especially for people who use introspection solely as self-harm, Huber offers important guidelines to learn how to really see ourselves.
