Quick Summary
Violet Sorrengail has prepared her entire life to enter the Scribe Quadrant, and enjoy living a quiet life among her books. Her mother has other plans and has order the small and frail young woman to enter the elite Dragon Riders. Violets fight for survival starts immediately, she's the daughter of a commanding general who is the reason of the deaths of hundreds of rebels, and their children are fighting for their lives among the dragon riders as well.

Final Thoughts
This is the perfect example of FOMO getting the better of me and Bookstagram making me buy not just the ebook to read but the physical book to own.
Now only is the book itself BEAUTIFUL, this story is EVERYTHING. These characters though, there is so many layers to unfold and book one didn't give me NEAR ENOUGH.
