I dont really know about this one. I really appreciated having a fat mc, especially not hiding behind words like curvy that are kind of ambiguous. The start of the book felt a bit forced, which did improve over time.

I didnt really love the storyline with Dylan's parents. I feel like they didnt really do enough on the page to deserve forgiveness. Like what did they do to build trust back with their daughter? Why is it on her to forgive and not them to make ammends?

Im wondering if maybe the subject matter with child parentification, abandonment, and even the main conflict with the two mcs was a little too much for a fun fluffy romance? Good spice though
