Dylan and Jeanine were two people who fell madly in love and had everything they wanted. Then, the real story began. Dylan is traded from his California team to Ohio and uproots his wife and kids to make the move. Settling in their new reality takes it toll on everyone, but whereas Dylan is trying to be tough and keep it together, Jeanine is falling apart. Is Dylan willing to fight for his marriage and family at the risk of losing everything?

I actually really liked how this story tells the reality of after the novelty of fresh love wears off. Dylan is comfortable in his ignorance of how much his wife does to support him and their kids, and when she gives him a reality check, he gets the wake-up call he needed. I loved their dynamic of being twin flame partners, but also being parents, an athlete, an athlete' wife, and finding themselves starting from scratch with no support. Dylan and Janine show the truth to the happily ever after and the strength and commitment it takes to keep the romance alive while helping your family survive against all the challenges.
