Yep you got it, I am reading a Christmas book in August, but vacation calls for vacation books. I enjoyed the family traditions within the book, but overall felt there were a fair amount of elements missing in this story. Some tropes in romance *cough spoiler, third act breakup* just piss me off, can we be more creative with the plot points, and speaking of plot points, the time loop is key at the beginning but then never discussed the latter half?
