Having already watched the TV drama of this book I knew roughly what to expect, but as I usually find the book was definitely better.
It's full of high society dramas and scandals and I'm here for it all. I love period drama and Historical fiction but this has the extra scandal in it that makes it like Modern Historical Fiction.
I really loved all the characters and how Feisty Daphne's mum is, she's not taking any prisoners.
I love how protective Daphne's brothers are of their whole family but are the a little too over protective?
I also love the extra Epilogue in this book, it carries on the story perfectly and I am now very excited to listen to books two.
