kaitlin_dunford 's review for:
Zorro
by Isabel Allende
I actually really enjoyed this book. I went into it knowing that it was a story about the origins of Zorro, not about the adventures of the fully grown, already-swashbuckling Zorro. So, unlike some other readers, I wasn't disappointed by the lack of action. I found that the ratio of action to everything else was pretty well-balanced, and I didn't feel bored at all.
I have to admit, though, that I love Isabel Allende's work, so I can't be too harsh of a critic. I'm biased that way.
