Loved the dark atmosphere and the converging storylines—the three characters' stories take place at three different points in time, and finally meet at the end. A few things kept me from rating it any higher: the story felt quite rushed in the final third or so, which I thought took away from the brilliant set up. Elysia also got the short hand of the stick throughout, I felt that she was quite unfairly criticized (although she was far from perfect) by not just the other characters, but the author as well.
