The Jakarta Method: Washington's Anticommunist Crusade and the Mass Murder Program that Shaped Our World by Vincent Bevins

challenging dark informative medium-paced

5.0

Really, really good look at how anticommunism shaped the world as it is today. Really enlightening and really infuriating. The style is very concise and very human, and it makes it very accessible, even to people with only a tenuous grasp of twentieth century history.
