I love this book, and let's face it, I love Heather Webber's writing!
Sugarberry Cove is an idyllic close knit southern lake community that I would love to visit. We meet Sadie, who is back home after years away and hopes to be on the road again soon. We meet her sister Leala, who is struggling with the state of her marriage. As the sisters reunite to take care of their mother and the family B&B, the tensions are thick with past hurts. Local lore surrounding the Lady of the Lake draws the town together for the lantern festival each year, yet memories from a previous year have created a rift in the Scott family. They will have to open up and truly listen in order to heal together. Heather Webber once again proves herself a master storyteller, weaving in sparkly threads of magic throughout and keeping the reader entranced. I highly recommend this mesmerizing tale!!
