from watching the idea on tiktok to the beautiful book it is today was a cathartic moment. 
i had extremely high hopes for this book especially as a contemporary romance reader finally drifting into fantasy. this book absolutely did not disappoint giving me the romantic moments i was used to with the high stakes of the trials. hunger games in the best way honestly
