Simon is a closeted gay kid in high school, and the main focus of the story is him trying to figure out the identity of his email friend(or crush) named Blue. Lovable MC, lovable side characters, it was amazing. 5/5. 



Edit: I've convinced a total of three of my friends to read this book, and they are all in love. YAY!
