Inheritance by Katrina Jackson

5.0

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh I'm so addicted to Katrina Jackson's brand of small town romances that have so much heart in such a straightforward way. I like the love/lust at first sight trope she does because it's just so much fun when the couple admits they want one another and just work towards it. Inheritance deals a lot with parental presence or lack of in one's life and I LOVED IT. Lorraine and Jonas are so easy to love and root for. Also, you get some Mary x Santos x Knox action!!!

Representation available: black heroine and black hero!!!
Tropes: She's a librarian who's into being public and intimate lmao!!! Has complicated feelings about her mom.
he's a carpenter and so in touch with his feelings!!! Is grieving his father's death. Also, he's just...........softe <3
