Really tight, insightful, relatable yet personal collection of essays about how pop culture inextricably affects identity throughout our individual and collective lives. Super fun voice, accessible yet thoughtful. I could relate to a number of essays and thoughts, and those that didn't directly mirror my own identity or upbringing were impactful, timely, and engaging. Love Aisha Harris on PCHH and loved being able to dive into more of her voice with this collection! Sidenote - her mood board carousels on Instagram for each chapter are a great little treat
