I Never read romance. I’m in my late 20s and quite enjoyed the book. There’s a lot that I didn’t like, I think the humor gets a little bit repetitive and I’m sure it’s supposed to be a book for teens I think it’s quite heavy for you get audiences and there are quite a few trigger warnings. I didn’t love the way body shaming and self love is used on the book.
But, I did like general idea, I think this could very much be anyone’s romance story, and spoiler alert, I did like that they kinda end up apart because that’s real life specially in high school.
