I had to think for a minute about my rating for this book. Overall, I did enjoy it. There were parts that I truly loved and would have highlighted if I highlighted my books. However, I am not sure how much of a fan I was of the stream-of-consciousness writing style. There were times I felt it worked really well, but also many times where I got a little lost and had to go back a few lines and read it again to understand. Really it was mainly the writing style, and not the story itself, that drops the rating for me. So I definitely would recommend trying it out, because that’s something that is very subjective.
