This book was very enjoyable. The story was tense and action packed which kept me turning the page and not wanting to put it down.
I liked seeing Amari's development. It was very interesting to see her "fall" because of her thirst for power even though she felt like she was doing the right thing.
I liked seeing the relationship between Zelie and Roen (even though I really love Zelie and Inan together). It was nice to see Zelie in a relationship with someone she trusts.
With that ending, I am super excited to see what happens in the last book.
