Extremely solid sequel to the first book- I remembered everything from the first book super vividly, but forgot a lot about this one (including how the Baudelaires reveal Count Olaf for who he is) and it was still a genuinely fun read all these years later. I’ll probably give all of these books 4.75+ lol
