Did not finish book. Stopped at 20%.

I was reading this book as a judge for the Aurealis Awards; I stopped reading at the point that I was sure this would not be on my shortlist. I had intended to come back and write more about it, but apparently made no reading notes. So: time pressure, nothing memorable.
