Summer's Dream by Cathy Cassidy

4.0

I really enjoyed this book. Summer isn’t my favourite sister, however I think she is very relatable.

The topic of anorexia and the need to be in control has a powerful message. Wether you are someone who has suffered from an eating disorder or not, I think you will be able to appreciate how difficult it is to come to terms with. Family and friends can have the best intentions, but if these issues aren’t dealt with in the correct manner they can have a disastrous effect.

I like how it was told in an easy and understandable way for younger people to read and maybe relate too.

I’ve given this 4 stars for the same reason as I’ve gave the others in this series 4 stars. I’m not the target market for this books, so I imagine I would have enjoyed it even more about 10 years ago ☺️
