THIS BOOK.
if i see any negative reviews talking about how ‘the boys have a weird obsession’ i think i will go mad as if that’s not the point of the book.
The writing was so addictive and it was so intriguing to witness the five Lisbon sisters lives (and deaths) from the perspectives of adolescent teenage boys across the street as a criticism of how women are viewed as creatures rather than human beings.
My ONLY criticism is that as tiny weeny intervals the book can be a little repetitive hence the 4/5 BUT i genuinely think this book is worth all of its flaws just to fully experience the last page because literal chills.
