I loved that this book deviated completely from the rest of the series. It was great to get more insight into Chaol- it made me like him again. I loved Nesryn’s adventures as well, and the new cast of characters we got to meet. It was weird to just leave the primary plot behind for an entire book, but this adventure was interesting and exciting in its own right.
