Flynn is the youngest Holland brother and not as well known throughout the series. I was happy to read his story.

While some of the other Holland brothers play football and Knox does BMX, Flynn is a baseball pitcher. When life throws him a curveball, he finds himself back in Arizona sleeping on his brothers couch. Luckily he is able to get signed on with the local professional baseball team there and stay close to family. When he is introduced to the best friend of the woman that’s marrying his brother, he’s thrilled to find out she’s the one that got away in New York not too long ago.

Olivia doesn’t have time for relationships. Between working two jobs to make ends meet, she’s also a single mom to a 5 year old who turns 6 in the book. She’s in NY with her sister that’s an author and meets the most amazing guy. The spend the night talking and kissing but nothing else. She wasn’t expecting to wake up to an empty hotel room. His hotel room. Imagine her shock when she’s back home in Arizona at her best friend’s engagement party and is introduced to the youngest brother of the soon to be groom and its New York guy.

I loved that none of the 4 books in this series repeated the same storyline or anything else like that. They were all so unique and individual in the most perfect way. Flynn fought hard for Olivia and she wasn’t a black cat kind of character. She just didn’t want to get too close or for her daughter to get too close. Flynn’s grand gesture in this book was by far the best out of all of them. He was so sweet and in love with Olivia and Greer. Beautiful.
