Definitely a quick read! The lore about Nomans and how they come to be was captured in the scene with the cat and his elderly owner. Since my cat passed away fairly recently, I teared up a bit. If you like ghosts, afterlife, etc but also like a curtesy main cast you’ll love this. It kind of reminds me of Hanako Kun but less dark and more quick to the point.
