Talking to Strangers: What We Should Know About the People We Don't Know
by Malcolm Gladwell
Meh.
There were some interesting insights in there (defaulting to truth, mismatching, coupling, extra action in hot troubled areas etc) but they were weaved into some many stories with multiple people over so many years that I'm surely going to forget who was who by next week. It's not a bad read, but Malcolm Gladwell can surely do better.
