Busy: How to Thrive in a World of Too Much by Tony Crabbe

3.0

Close to getting four stars. This book is great for the most part. An examination of busyness and strategies for getting wrapped up in the banal and mundane and applying focus to the things that matter in your life. It is well research and a lot of neuroscience and psychology is referenced as both as explanations of why we have tendencies to behave as we do but also as proof that there are ways of training or tricking ourselves into snapping out of it. The last third of the book is particularly good. It got off to a bit of a slow start hence the three starts but I'd still recommend.
