Thank you for this book from your blind date with a book @cant.liv.without.books
This book was fun and different. There are monsters that have walked this town in the past, and in order for them to not return, you must always remember them. But when something happens a monster comes and makes a demand and now Jam a young girl must figure out what to do. This is a fun quirky story that was interesting and I enjoyed Jam’s character, however, this story did not move as quickly as I would like especially for a YA book. This book also goes at some tough topics so beware of the trigger warnings. The ending is also brutal and I was a little shocked for it being a young Adult book.
