The first 5star read of the year will always make me think back so fondly on it but the fact that it's also the start of a new (and most likely amazing) series is just... I had to take a while to collect my thoughts on it. I am so happy and grateful to have had the chance to read it early and I wanted to do it justice.
Beth, my dear Beth. She is the perfect blend of Joss and Braden and her own unique kind of crazy. This book was such a beautiful nod to the past while being a beginning of something new
I am soosoo excited about Lily's story (the child of my fav couple from my fav book and has my fav tropes?!?!?!? How am I supposed to WAIT for it????) and... dare I say... I want Maia's story... I actually need it to be what was hinted in OLL because... I'm already invested even without actually really knowing anything about it hahahahhah
I was actually sobbing in multiple places in this book and it felt so therapeutic. This was a gorgeous couple in a gorgeous book and the family... I've missed all of them and loved seeing them again (even though I did laugh out loud every time a new character came in and I imagined anyone who hadn't read ODS reading it)
