I don't know if it's that I enjoy books that are soley/mostly character driven less or if I just related to these specific characters less than other books like this one. But I just couldn't find myself connecting to the characters in a lot of ways. Lots of drugs, drinking, partying, interpersonal turmoil. I felt like they were written well and underwent meaningful arcs. I just think it's me, not the book.
